Two AA batteries (not included in the set) are needed for both the transmitter and the receiver, letting you use the microphone set for up to 6 hours. The BY-WM8 Pro-K1 ensures a maximum range of 100 meters, provided there are no hindrances between the transmitter and receiver. A second transmitter can also be added later. The BY-WM8 Pro-K1 can be used with DSLRs, camcorders, and sound recorders. Additionally, a smartphone adapter (not included with the set) can easily connect your mobile phone to the receiver.
