These ND filters, also referred to as grey filters, overall reduces the exposure across the entire image surface. Firecrest ND filters prove to be highly effective particularly in landscape photography incorporating long exposure times and cityscape photography where there is high light incidence.

The Formatt Hitech Firecrest ND filter is tailored from Schott Superwite glass and includes a 5.5mm SuperSlim ring. These Firecrest ND filters provide water repellent and anti-reflective features to increase the image's contrast and sharpness.
