The Joby Ball Head 3K Black/Red, successor to BH1 Ball Head, has been designed primarily for the GorillaPod 3K Stand. However, its compatibility allows it to be used with other tripods that have a 1/4" threaded. This swivelling feature, catering to 360 degrees rotation, becomes an invaluable tool for panoramic shots. Furthermore, it tilts 90 degrees, rendering it excellent for vertical portrait photo capture. Despite its lightweight structure and compactness, this robust ball head can easily accommodate cameras weighing as much as 3 kilograms.

The Joby Ball Head 3K boasts a quick-release plate, enabling you to mount your camera simply and swiftly onto the tripod. Moreover, the built-in spirit level ensures flawlessly horizontal positioning of your camera in any location. Tailored from materials like aluminium, stainless steel, ABS plastic, TPE and covered in rubber, the ball head stands 7cm tall and weighs a mere 144 grams.
